Our Mission

At Top Hill, our mission is clear: to bridge the gap between African American and African cultures, fostering understanding, celebration, and unity. We believe in building a community where shared heritage, music, business, and culture bring us together for a better tomorrow.

Our Journey

Top Hill was founded in October 2019 by Imani, also known as EmoneyBoss. What began as a passion project to embrace and highlight Black culture, particularly through music and business, has since evolved into a platform dedicated to connecting the African American diaspora with the richness of African culture.

Through engaging conversations, insightful reactions, and authentic storytelling, we’ve transformed into a hub for exploring African music, real estate, and cultural experiences. Our goal is to inspire our audience to appreciate and connect with Africa while showcasing opportunities that unite us as one global family.

Every Monday night, we go live on our YouTube channel, diving deep into the vibrancy of African cultures. Occasionally, we take this experience further by traveling to the African continent to bring our audience firsthand stories and adventures.

Imani started Top Hill with a vision to create a space that celebrated the beauty and richness of Black culture. Over the years, his leadership and passion have expanded the show into a global platform connecting African American and African cultures. Imani’s dedication to exploring music, business, real estate, and African culture has been the driving force behind Top Hill’s success.

Carmen, aka TheeOfficialCarmen – Co-Host

In March 2024, Carmen joined the Top Hill family and brought a fresh energy and dynamic to the show. Her vibrant personality and insightful perspectives have enhanced our conversations and enriched the experience for our audience. Carmen’s contributions have solidified Top Hill as a platform for authentic, engaging discussions about culture and connection.
